Black Bean Salad

A tin can recipe that's fairly easy to put together if you've gone to the grocery store the day before --- and if you've made the rice in the morning... bean salad
Body ingredients:
1 19 oz can black beans (drained)
1 cup cooked rice
1 341 ml can of niblets corn (drained)
1/2 red pepper (cut really fine)
bunch green onion (sliced incl stems)
1 small jalapeno pepper (cut really fine)
freshly chopped cilantro, parsley, mint, basil (about 3/4 cup altogether loosely packed)
Dressing ingredients:
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 minced garlic cloves
1 tsp sugar
salt and pepper
In a medium sized bowl:
toss all the Body ingredients together.
In shaker:
mix all the dressing ingredients together and shake.
add dressing to other ingredients and mix well. Cover with wrap and store in fridge.
