Ingredients:
double batch of pastry, (2 disks)
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Maple Syrup, (or a mixture of corn syrup and Maple Syrup)
1/3 Cup Melted butter
2 eggs
1 Tablespoon Cider Vinegar
1/2 Teaspoon Salt

fill tart shells two thirds full and bake in 375 degree oven for 27 minutes.
