Buy 5 pounds of chicken wings and cut off the tips if they are so equiped.
Tear off a strip of parchment paper and line a
9 inch x 13 inch cake pan with it, (or any roasting pan)
Arrange wings in pan
Cover with sauce and bake 2 - 3 hours at 325 degrees until sauce looks gummy, ( or 350 degrees if you promised dinner at 5:30 and it's 5:15!)

Sauce:
1 can Tomato Soup
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Vinegar
1 tsp Paprika
1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
1 teaspoon celery salt

Mix together well and pour over chicken.

Stir twice during baking.
You can cover or not -- but uncover the last hour of baking.
