Chocolate Pudding

Like Chocolate Moose but BETTER! pudding pic

1/8 cup Corn Starch
1/4 cup White Sugar
1/16 teaspoon Salt

Place above in a small pot on the stove and mix
Drizzle in 1 1/2 cups of white milk (2% or homo)
Turn on stove element to just above medium heat.
Stir with a wooden spoon.

Keep Stirring gently.

Keep going until the liquid coats the back of the spoon --- about 5 minutes.
You should have 3 oz of semi-sweet chocolate cut up in small chunks --- add that to the pudding.
Turn down the heat a little and keep stirring.
Keep going until it bubbles and sputters. Take off the heat.
Stir in 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla.

Stir periodically while it cools -- don't want that ugly film to develop on top.
Serve with whipped cream.
