
Easiest Custard you'll
ever make?

Prepare at room temperature:
1 1/2 cups plain yogourt
2 eggs

or cold if in a hurry
|
Crust:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup almonds crushed
3/4 cup WW flour
1/4 cup unsweatened coconut
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
2 Tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt

mix together
|
mix together and add to above:
1/4 cup canola oil
3 Tablespoons cold water
1 teaspoon vanilla
|
ADD to crumbs
|
FILLING Mix together in a separate bowl:
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups plain yogourt
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cup berries peaches strawberries etc.

Mix together.

In 350 degree oven bake crust for 15 minutes. Let Cool.
Add filling bake 30 minutes
until just firm around the edges and slightly golden at edges.
Chill.
