add oil to a large pot
fry the carrots, celery and onions/leeks for about 5 minutes on medium heat
Add the fish balls, potatoes and the stock - bring to a boil, then simmer with lid
peel the shrimp
Season, add shrimp near the end
add dill and chives if you have them
It's done when the shrimp is cooked.
Supply sour cream or yogurt at the table
