Waffles (not the best but the usual).

This recipe makes enough for 2 people.
You can double it
These are rather detailed instructions, (specific bowl sizes, etc), but once you get used to it, it's a fast way to do it.
I used a bit of cake flour (just to use it up) and it was ok.

Dry Ingredients:
Just less than 1 Cup White Flour, (or a bit of WW too)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 Tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
Mix together in a mid size bowl.

The Milk and Oil:
Pour 3/4 Cup of milk into a 1 Cup measuring cup.
or
milk and yogourt combined to make up the 3/4 Cup.

Pour 2 Tablespoons Cooking oil, (Sunflower, Corn, etc), into the milk.

Do this as told
The Egg:
1 Egg
The Bowl:
big enough to accomodate a hand mixer
Break the Egg on the side of the bowl.
Carefully drip the white into the bowl.
Whip the egg white using a hand mixer
Add the whipped egg white to the dry ingredients

Drop the yolk into the cup holding the milk.

Transfer the milk-eggyolk-oil to the bowl that the egg whites were just in, (but aren't anymore).
Whip up the milk-eggyolk-oil with a hand mixer. --- then add it to the dry ingredients and the whipped egg white
Stir it all up with a big spoon -- not too much -- just get rid of most of the lumps.

Heat a frying pan with some oil in it and "Fry a Pancake!"
